Answering Services Success Story: Hospital and Clinics
When a prominent Hospital looked to outsource its on-call paging and Answering Service, they called Customer Elation. We built a custom solution and quickly converted over 130 clinics. The clinics and providers now have the flexibility to manage on-call schedules for thousands of doctors and each message is sent to the doctor on the device they prefer.
The Results? Doctors can now be reached on their iPhone during the day, a cell phone on weekends, and a pager at night – all while providing Administrators the ability to update and change contact protocols at any time. In addition, every interaction is digitally recorded to ensure the highest level of accountability and reporting.
